Onslow Historic Lumber Co. was born out of a love for heritage buildings and the realization of the need for property owners to have better support and knowledge in their ongoing stewardship of our built heritage. We offer consulting services for heritage property owners as well as vintage building materials and restoration products at our retail store and storage facility. At our retail store you will also find quality, character furniture complementary to fine older homes. This furniture is handcrafted by our craftsmen using time-worn wood.

Much of the vintage building materials collected by Onslow Historic Lumber Co. are salvaged from derelict buildings of early to late nineteenth century Nova Scotia. Please note that where possible we advocate saving historic buildings rather than demolishing or deconstructing them.
